actually my time was a 16.7 @ 82mph...but my friends wrote 16.5 so i wouldn't knock myself out by running a better run...i bought it yellow..i personally like the color...i do plan on changing it sometime...but it was the cheapest integra out here all the other ones wanted at least 2 grand more for the same thing. But it's all a preference choice...I'm not a riceboy!!

that doesn't even look yellow to me, more like a horrid light orange, almost the color of cantaloupe fruit. icky

 

fuckit... i think the 16.5 1/4mi time is motivation enough to spend some money under the hood... how much did you buy the car for?

 

i wouldnt drive around with that on my winshield.

and at 82mph? did the preivous owner swap out the B18 for a D16Y7 or something

Def not my flavor of yellow.... after all, it's not a PY ITR... Painting the entire front bumper (including all the trim) just doesn't look right, but if you like it, that's ALL that matters. How much did you pay for it, with what mods and mechanical condition? Good luck with her.

 

i just got back from the race, i wasn't trying to show off my time...i didn't do run so well because it was only my 3rd time driving stick shift. I bought it for 6,900 it was the cheapest integra out here. The closest one to it was 9,800 and i couldn't afford it. I am workin on the motor so that color will have something to back up...can't decide whether turbo or vtec head and go all motor

If you go all motor, get Vtec... If you go turbo, screw Vtec! If you want to go faster right now then focus on a turbo.. if you want a real car then go all motor

 

could you explain why? oh yeah i forgot the fastest drag cars have vtec (AND turbo)

but hell!! throw out the vtec.. lets all believe that vtec and turbo dont mix!!

get a new engine first. a 109K mile motor w/turbo will not last very long. once you get a new engine a turbo will be the best route to go if you want max hp.
