Listen guys, I just bought a complete ITR suspension and gunmetel wheels from a guy off ebay (screen name vwpride12) any way, when he finally after three weeks sent the wheels, there were powdercoated focking silver!! I have contacted him and paypal, and so far, no luck getting results. I have seen several posts about touch up paint color for the gunmetal wheels, but I need a spraypaint in a can that I can spray all 4 wheels. anty help would be appreciated. (unless someone wants to trade for gunmetal) thanks!

 

BTW, the guys name who screwed me is Aaron Schisler and he lives in baltimore MD, if any one knows him, tell him f-you for me.

 

do you have a picture of the wheels? you do know that ITR wheels are powdercoated right?

oh yea, i have pictures that he sent me before i bought them, but thats not what he sent me. and thats why I think i have a case with paypal, but i am not getting my hopes up. as far as being powdercoated right, they do look very good, but there are silver not gunmetal. if i wanted silver, then i would have been very pleased, becaus ethey look good. if someone is interested, i will send pics. let me know.

 

dude suck it up and paint em black. that is what i did. or take em somewhere and get it done the color you want

 

i would not have a problem painting them black, but I spent 1600$ on the itr suspension, and i know it sound kind of lame, but i want people to know i have itr suspension/wheels.

 

If you just spent $1600 for the look, then you ripped yourself off. You could have spent $1600 on a great suspension setup, along with some decent rims and great tires. Well you might have to spend a little more, but you get my point. IMO, $1600 isn't worth it to go 5-lug. But to each his own...

no one is ever going to know what the hell to look for. If you dont' know what your looking at it won't look special. kinda like when a girl says your type r looks just like my gs. you kinda just laugh and say... yeah sure.
unless you are an enthusiat no one will care.

 

and the only other people who will care aside from gearheads will be theives, paint em black man, besides if u have 5 lugs a gearhead will know ur suspension isn't stock so don't sweat it
