Just been thinking about this the last few days...wondering if there are any takers...
I am not 100% sure I want to do this, hence "testing waters" title...but, I thought Id feel it out.
I am not parting anything out!
(I tried to be as detailed as possible)

Engine has ZERO miles on it
Mostly, it is all unassembled, aside from the head and rods/pistons.
I bought all parts brand new, unless noted.
B18A block - fresh hone, decked, and 0.004" over for forged internals (capped breather)
Golden Eagle Block Guard
Undented oil pan, windage and pickup
New OEM OBD2 Oil pump ("vtec")
New OEM ITR Water pump
New Thermostat
B18B crank
ACL std bearings
Scat connecting rods (exactly the same as Eagle) w/ ARP bolts
Wiseco flat top pistons w/ rings
ARP Head Studs
P75 LS head w/ '96+ valve cover
New OEM valve seals (intake and exhaust)
Golden Eagle cam cap (black)
Supertech Black Nitride valves
New oem headgasket
Crower dual valve springs and Ti retainers
Crower 402-T turbo camshafts
Blox intake manifold (power coated grey) [ok this part is used]
Hondata IM gasket
Extended IM studs w/ wider, flanged 13mm nuts
GSR Throttle body
LS OEM Exhaust manifold [also used...and rusty]
New OEM EM gasket
Brand new OEM Timing Belt
Upper and lower T.Belt covers (lower is neatly trimmed to fit obd2 oil pump)
OBD1 P75 ecu (Virgin)
OBD2A Distributor
Brand new NGK Blue plug wires
"Stock" NGK spark plugs
Includes both power steering brackets, but no pump (since I need to keep that)
Will not include timing belt block bracket either (since I need that too)
Ive priced it to over $2800 in parts and labor - I bought everything brand new -(block, crank, head, IM, & TB).
It has a freshly resurfaced ITR flywheel, that I would like to keep.
I would only trade for a B18C GSR + OBD1 ecu + Cash (variable amount)
No B16a...No LS/Vtec............ITR ok
No transmission is required or being offered.
I am not at all interested in something that needs a rebuild...I just dont have time for that...
