yes its an ek cluster. the most noticable things that make me think its a knockoff is that it only rev's to 10k . speed is only 220 and the needles arent green.

The 220km/h part makes me think this was a Canadian cluster, since that's where they stop...
I'm thinking it's a CDM EM1 cluster with reprinted faces and a CTR bezel, since the needles are red like on the EM1 cluster...
