Default ITR Front Strut Bar on an EG -- need an adaptor plate?

I just picked up a ITR Front Strut Bar for my EG, but when I went to bolt it down, the holes on the bar don't line up with the strut towers....not even close! So do I need some kind of adaptor or special piece to make this bar fit? thanks!

It's this type of bar:

There's no adapter plate. It doesn't go to the bolts on the strut tower. There's two "dimples" on the fenderwell near the shock tower, and on cars equipped with a strut tower bar, there are two studs welded in place there. Just buy some metric grade 10 bolts (or SAE grade 8), drill a hole in through your fender, put some Rustoleum paint around the holes. Then bolt it down.

Here's an example, my EJ6 with a DC2 strut bar.

Here's my car... As Eran said... but you don't need to drill holes in an EG.

No, they are bolts I bought at a hardware store. They have rubber caps that cover the holes you feed the bolts through, no dimples.

not 100% about this, but i think si's had the holes pre-drilled. like they said, just get the bolts/studs/whatever, slide them from tire well and you'll be fine.

btw, i had a gsr strut bar on my eh3...

NOPE, if you have a civic from 92-93 then yes they came with the holes already and has caps which need to be removed if you want to mount a oem bar on top.
94-95 did not come with this and the holes need to be drilled.
