Default noise hunting - EH3

I'm in the middle of getting my 94 Si HB (168K mi) fixed, bought it for $1500, and has about $1500 of problems in it.

-the car was involved in a driver side collision = dented fender, door and rear panels.

-so far the left front axle, left rear hub/bearing, and both rear rotors/pads have been replaced.

But:

-there's noise as the speed increases. the mechanic said that the tires were bad. I checked myself and sure enough the tire treads were bulging/bumpy.

Q - is this enough to cause the noise? Could the right rear bearing be bad too?
(the mech said there's a bit of play, so I might as well huh?) Does bad front
bearings make a similar noise?

-there's also a slight wiggle at slow speeds (<10 mph), it goes away with speed, and the right rear LCA bushing is shot.

Q- what's the cause of the wiggle? (car wasn't aligned after axle replacement)

Any help would be appreciated (MD inspection due soon!)

PS. sucks to get a brand new impact wrench when it's frickin below zero!

Lumpy tires can cause a whiney noise like boggers. Bad wheel bearings can also make a noise.

A accident could mean more problems then the tires. But I will definately vouch that the tires could definately be it.

found it!

went to Crazy Ray's, pulled off a wheel from an EG sedan (paid some dude $3, had no tools), paid $19.95 for it all.

put on the wheel half an hour ago, drove off and no more noise! it almost brought a tear to my eye.
