i have a 92 gsr hatch that i just bought and its has a p28 ecu w/vtec controller...right now the car is redlining at 3500 rpms and sometimes it redlines at 6500 rpms...i kno this isnt the right ecu but i tried to use a p72 ecu and the car turns on but it shuts off if u let go of the gas...it turn on w/ the p28 and it runs but it doesnt work with the p72....does anyone kno what might be wrong with it...let me kno thanks....

 

 

remove ur vtec controller

& wire the ecu back up like normal & then go from there
