Default Good Summer Tires

Ok i plan on getting new rims for my car, which means that i would need new tires to. I want to know what are good budget performance tires besides the Kumho Ecsta SPT. I have my stock steelies that i can use for winter. So thats why i'm not really interested in all-season tires. Thanks

I know its not an all season tire. But the place I wanna buy them from is not selling them any more. Thats why i wanted to find a good summer tire besides that one. Where in my post did i said the spt was an all season tire?

I wanted to get them from jlbmotorsports, cuz thats where im getting my rims. And they were going to mount and balance them for 725. But now they say they don't sell them anymore and they said that the Falken Ziex 512 are good tires. But the Falken Ziex 512 are all-season tires. So i dont know what tire is like the spt.

yep all of does are good but I would probably go with the Dunlop or the Yokohama since they might be a little cheaper then the ones mention by nsxtasy (not saying they are not good but are a little more pricey)

The Avon isn't as expensive as the other two. However, the Avon and ES100, and the Dunlop in some sizes, are all somewhat more expensive than the SPT.

I would get the tire you want. If JLB doesn't want to sell you the SPT, and that's what you want, just buy it somewhere else!
