Default 90 CRX HF with 1.6 swap

Ok I just bought this 1990 CRX I was told it had a 1.5L and it now has a 1.6L. The main problem that i'm running into is that after driving it around for a while, like going to one store to another it will sometimes not start when I get back in it. It sounds like it is getting fire and has no problem turning over. If I spray starting fluid into the intake side it will start up and then die after the starting fluid is used up. I do not think the ecu was upgraded when they did the swap. If any one has any idea please let me know.

hmm HF ECU should still work...but I would upgrade to the crx SI ecu...probably going to be your best investment for power gains...
