So long story short, Fedex sucks . Anyone care to let me borrow their headlights so I can get my retro done? I REALLY do not want to have to buy another set, but it may come down to that. I will get them shipped insured to my house, and insured back to your house. If someone could help me out, that would be great. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem bud . TypeX is trying to help me ( -- for TypeX). If something doesn't come up I guess I'm gonna have to buy some headlights as well. Sucks *****.

Well I am thinking about doing that. I figure like $40 to rent them while your retro gets done? This sound fair or too high?

Well there is definately a demand for them and $40 beats $400. I'd say you can name your price.

Thats cool, but I only meant for a loaner set, not a purchase.

for 95 u can work on them and when they're done u can sell your original headlights. a pair USED is 200+ shipping not included.
I missed on that ebay deal though

OK, so I suppose someone can spend time hoping for a lucky win on an ebay auction, or just get a loaner and get it over with.

You can do the renting thing but the end tab is bound to get broken. I buy lights off of ebay all the time. Thats where I got my sedan set and my coupe sets. Its cheaper but, the housing or tabs will be broken.

caveman did u buy the ebay pair? those had 1,000 miles on them and the guy was parting out his car since he got rear-ended and the frame was beyond repairable.
But wow 95.00 for a set then u can sell them for 300 and get a 205 for yourself alone. Now that's business

Damn, I was on Ebay till 2 a.m. last night looking for **** and I missed that deal. Anyone out there with headlights? If not, it's a long drive to CustomLightz to get them to do my retro in a day.
