You will pay hundreds of dollars for airbags.

Best bet is to claim it on your insurance if you can. When I wrecked my car, I replaced the airbags with a MOMO steering wheel and a candaian airbag blockoff tray.

Most junkyards charge an arm and a leg for airbags too .... if they haven't already taken them out back and deployed them as a safety precaution.

because.....

A) she lied to the cop and said she wasnt backing up that she slid sideways (while driving a new tiberon with abs.... so you tell me how she slid sideways)

B) the cop said i should have been going slow enough to stop.

so not only is it "my fault" but he also is giving me a ticket for thaveling at an unsafe speed for road conditions

Too replace air bags doesnt just meant the air bag itself. You also need to replace the sensor that was hit. But air bags are going really cheap here on Honda Tech look around and you would be surprised to pick some up for about 100 bucks shipped. OUCH sorry for the accident Im still fixing my car from my accident also.

Save money on not buying the airbags. You might be looking at replacing more important things.

No way a wreck that's your fault will only be a hundred bucks. Pay $500-750 for a lawyer and pin it on the lady and the cop, it's likeley you can get reinbursed to in a small court civil suit if you can prove the aldy was lying or get her to admit it was her fault.

Take her to terms first and tell her what you're doing, then get a lawyer.

no, you'll end paying more than just a fine. if you fight it and win, she gets fined, no points will be on your license, and her insurance company will repair (or total) your car. your best bet is to find a way that you come out winning.
