Car hard to start and little slugish,, after I put gas.

Okay this is a guy at works problem. I told him maybe its the fuel pump or relay going bad.

Input please BTW its a 98 prelude thats why I posted this here.

is this only right after he gets it for a few mins or continuing after he gets gas ?

Its for a few mins, He said he has to keep his foot on the gas so it will stay on.
