I have posted this many other places on here but I'l be nice this time.

These are the dimensions for the EG/DC sidemarkers. The diagram shows measurements from the molding on EG fenders, so use only the hole measurements for DC's, and use my placement pic in the linked thread above.



NOTE: I used to have imitation DC sidemarkers and the fit was terrible, even when I cut the hole by the dimensions shown above. Real OEM Stanley sidemarkers, on the other hand, fit absolutely perfectly.

 

I think that these templates are a good place to start. But I suggest that you dont cut it all out. try to make the hole as small as possible. thne if it doesnt fit slowly trim away more and more.

I helped a friend and when we did his, we trimmed to exactly the template. but it was a little loose.

Better to make the hole smaller.
