OBDI also has the MAP sensor on top of the throttle body. Do you have the ECU wired correctly? And what year did the H22A come out of? Using the same year engine as your car makes it much easier.

OBD1 map in not on the throttle body, its on near the fire wall. Just what year is the engine.

Your car is obd2 ver a obd1 h22a correct. Do you have the obd1 ecu and did you consider a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness?

It should still run without the MAP sensor hooked up, just really rough. The engine won't start as in....does it crank and not fire or what?

So your saying that neither the map sensor nor the oil pressure sensors are connected.

Do you have an inductive timing light, you could just check it. If the timing were off, you'd probably hear the pistons smashing into the valves. If it starts with quikstart or whatever, then I'd look at your fuel pump/filer, maybe your injectors. I swapped an engine that had been sitting a while before and the injector rail was junk, just used the injectors off the old engine and it worked fine.

cb7tuner.com is your freind. You dont have to do any thing to the map on top of the TB. Your map is on the firewall and its still plugged in. dont worry about that.

wut up man my bro has an accord with a H22a and thats all he messes with. He said his pretty much did the same thing because the engine sat for a lil bit. he said just take a ratchet or something and tap on all of the injectors. If they are clogged it might knock it loose or you could just take the whole fuel rail off and clean everything out. He is also a member of cb7tuner.com and if you go there you will find out alot of info.
