I just got my hands on a 92 hatch with a D15 non Vtec. I heard that these things run great on boost and you can do it for cheap. Can anyone give some suggestions as to what kind of turbo set up I should use? Id be happy with pushing 160-170 to the wheels because I want this to be my daily driver. Thanks

 

Making 160 at the wheels with that engine shouldn't be terribly difficult, although it would help immensely to slap a VTEC head on it first. Search for BauleyCivic's mini-me thread and read it front-to-back.

Then, go look at threads in the Forced Induction forum until you have a decent grasp on everything that goes into making power on boost

You can put together your own kit for under $2000 and have something reliable and fun if you do the reading.
