alright I am going to get a toda header with a carsound cat and since I have the stock exhuast I was wondering if anybody knows what carsound cat I would need. I was curious if anybody else is running a toda header and what cat they are running.

Toda Header is awesome! do the whole exhaust system!

 

I switched from a spoon to the Toda and it made hella difference
it gave me a flat high torque band and great top end... On the DRT dyno with Ralphy stroking the lab-top keys and Samaroo playing w/ the gearz, I drove out with 227HP@9200 and 152tq all the way to 8200 all to the wheel on 93oct. from Amoco, with full exhaust...

 

Would it make a big difference over the JDM ITR header?

 

I think it would make a big difference in torque...I also think better top end cause of design and runner diameter...

 

how much do they go for, like 900 beans?

 

What is your engine set up and do you have the dyno comparsion between the Spoon and Toda header? I am running the Spoon header now, and planning to get another header soon.

 

Matt I had the Spoon header before and switched out to the Toda....It was a good move though, I noticed a change in power .....

 

Trust me , makes a difference,esp. in torque, i've used JDm 4-1, spoon, and now the toda, and I'll never go back...

 

The Toda header is bad ***. I recently went to the dyno and messed around some more and picked up 12hp from 4500 to 6000 and peak tq went from 134 to 140 with the Toda Header. And this is with skunk stage 1 cams.

Toda header, hell yes.

Stock block, stock exhaust, stock 01 ITR cams on mine. 192/134 at the wheels.

 

poon header blows, toda is better than Jdm OEM unit

 

turbo manifold works better still........sissy pants

 

It hard to believe the Toda is that much better than the Spoon, may be I really should take advantage of the recently good exchange rate and throw the Spoon away and put on Toda!!

 

Burn it and watch the Spoon ****** cry.

 

I wonder if anyone would want to take my dented Spoon header for dirt cheap?

 

.....i gained 10whp over the stock itr header just by bolting the toda on.

This was with spec b's, so your results may vary...

I hope my hytech header will fare better... that toda was a work of art!

 

I like the Hytech header too, but I scare if I order it now and by the time it is ready, I would probably need to by a new car already!!

is the toda hader the same length as the stock usdm header or longer??

 

The Toda is a JDM header, so it's the same as the OEM JDM header = longer than Euro header.

 

If am correct, isn't the collector 2.5" ?
