Squeak when letting out clutch?
theres a squeak when letting out the clutch from a dead stop in first, my clutch is a stage 2 6 puck if it matters. anyone know what it could be? Thanks

my clutch used to squeak in my civic, i just got under there with a little grease and some WD-40, didn't really know what i was doing, just hit all the areas i thought it could be, it's been quiet ever since

could be the T/O bearing, could need some clutch fluid, and i noticed mine more in the cold weather

WTF...the clutch pedal...i thought they ment the clutch plate inside the tranny..so i dont know wat ur talking about...the squeak comes from the clutch not the pedal..

since i was so hard on you, i guess i have to help you now huh? the squeek is most likely coming from the release fork. if you look at the front of the trans were your slave cylinder is you will see a rubber boot. the metal arm coming through that boot is your release fork. it has a pivot point inside the trans that should be greased and there should also be grease between the fork and the slave cylinder. i wouldnt be spraying too much wd40 around inside the trans though, and for god sakes whatever you do dont spray it through the timing hole

I have a 93 Prelude Si and it does the same thing. I learned a trick, when you let your clutch ouot at a lower rev it doesnt happen. Try it and let me know if anything happens.
