I just replaced my starter and my car started for a couple hours then when i tried to start it again it wouldnt start up. I tapped on the starter and it tried to start but didnt. I also broke one of the nuts that is on the valve cover. The nut where the ground wire or w/e is attatched to. I dont know if this affects it. Please help thank you.

 

it is possible. i know when i forgot to put mine back on it started yeah,but acted funny and the tach was bouncing
