The RBC manifold has been used numberous times on many K20's, with good results.

Search for "RBC manifold."

note - you will need an adapter plate for your TB to bolt up. I suggest karcepts adapter plate (like $100) & you can buy the RBC mani from Bert-O (on here) for 165.00 shipped (he works at honda in FL)

to get power out of RBC you will need K-pro & a good tune as the motor will like much more gas & different cam angles. it quite possible to gain 10+whp out of this mod

here is a pic of mine before I sold the RBC

on k20.org there is this thread - READ IT lol http://www.k20a.org/forum/show...+dyno

please note you have PRB = type-s, PRC=type R, RBC=euro accord type r/'06 si

here is a graph (NOT MINE) of gains over PRC (which is 02-04 integra type R (dc5)) w/open header & IPS k2 cams

Here is a great site that you can pick up the manifold, gaskets, and Karcepts adapter plate. I got mine from there, I have full bolt-ons, and this manifold, and wow even without tuning with k-pro i can feel a large difference in top end. Very great mod for the money.

you will need to port adapter plate with BDL - the BDL is made for k20a/2/z1 NOT the z3

LOL Butt Dyno - come on, get atleast a/f tuned who knows how lean you are running, hope you don't detonate that motor

edit here is the difference JUST TUNING can make... before stock ITR base map - after just tuning (40whp & 40 tq in the midrange) mind you I am up to 227/166 now
