Hey guy got B16 swap into my civic. Everything seem's to be fine I'm using a B16a2 intake manifold there's two engine harness left that has nowhere to be pluged. One is behind the motor it's a small two wire harness and the other one should go to the B16 intake manifold but because I'm using a B16a2 manifold there's no sensor on it. What should I do with these harness? Do u guys leave the harness alone( the one that's behind the motor)? What should I do with the intake harness?..........thanks

 

there is one plug you don't use AT ALL on the si harness, it's a small 2-wire plug. i think white? behind the intake manifold. but about your other one, i'm not sure. is it for the MAP sensor?

 

not sure if it's for map sensor. the jdm intake manifold has the sensor but not the B16a2 so it just hanging now. Anyone has any idea what to do with this plug check engine light is on. Reading code one (oxgyen contents) and for some odd reason the motor redlines at 7k.........help theanks

 

that is the intake temperature sensor.i got the same problem like you,but when i ask the guy who had it before,he says he never use it,oxigen content code could be what kind ecu your using or oxigen sensor is going bad

 

I'm using a pw3 ECU and if the oxgyen sensor is bad where is it located at?
