Default trany grind prob.

ok so got a p2u5, just rebuilt it, I tried to do it my self at first, but didn't realy have the time. so took it to a shop, then r&red the trany put in a ACTs; street light fly wheel, xtrem pressure plate, street organic disc, and of corse there relase bearing too. I also replaced the slave cyl, and rear main because they were leaking. after I broke in the tranny, and it lossened up I noticed it grinding in the engament of third over 2800 rpm. it was only in third, so figgured it was the synchro, I took it back to them, and had them rebuild it agian. I also replaced the clutch master cyl before the second rebuild, just to make sure.
any way now it is clashing, especialy when cold, but it happens at random, when shifting into just about any gear. I cheacked the asjustment, at the pedal, on the master, and it seems fine.
so anyone have any clue what I can do to fix this with out haveing another rebuild?

well is it at all rpms, when it is cold, after alot of driving, what tranny oil did you use? Any ways paying good hard earned money for a rebuild should get no problems. I would make them do it right or loose my foot in thier *** just my 2 cents.

belive me I thought I could trust the guy. I mean **** I could of done just a good of a job myself, if not better. Thats what I get for not completly trusting myself on the internals. I put in honda MTF when I r&ied it, but who knows what that damn shop put in after they rebuilt it agian. hell they even bent my door , then tried to play it off saying it wasn't there fault cause my car was too low. I did get them to fix it, but still... it is manly when it is cold, now that it is warmer I havent noticed it as much. I am woundering if my short shifter has anything to do with it. I honestly don't think it would though, being that it grinds with the clutch all the way down.
