Default Sleeving - smogg legal?

if i sleeve my block would i be able to pass smog without over boring it...just sleeving

... Why wouldn't you pass? Sleeves have nothing to do with it.

for a turbo setup im having...it just turbo for a stock motor nothing to big..i just want a safe setup...but also have the chance of being able to smog it if needed.

If you are worried about sleeves making your turbo car illegal to smog you need to research you local laws. In most states any modification that doesnt carry a CARB# for your vehicle will be an instant fail if the technician sees it. Most turbo kits out there dont have carb certification so if you state is strict your hosed.

assuming the technician who tests your car cares enough to pop open your hood. the last couple of times i got mine done the tech was too lazy to even plug in the odb2 reader in himself. took 2 mins and i was out. well im in wa and our laws are alrrite.

actually when i do smogg i plan on taking the turbo kit out and going stock from there but the sleeving part would it cause my car to throw to much of a different fuel/air..etc...i live in california..i know its not visible but when smogged or ran without the kit would it make a difference or cause a problem...pros/cons..thanks

sleeving just changes the material of the cylinder walls, not the air flow or or power or emissions characteristics of the engine.
