will these fit?

will sport max 002 rims, 15x8 0 offset. they are universal 4 lug with he back 195/45/15s and two bfg drag radials 225/50/15 on the front fit on my 95 civic ? coupe.

NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unless of course you are willing to roll the heck out of your fenders or take them off

No. 195/45-15 tires aren't approved for mounting on wheels that wide.
