How to remove wires from connector?!?!

K im doing a cluster swap and i need to rewire the connectors. thing is, i cant get the wires out! can anyone explain to me in detail how to get em out? heres a pic for reference

you need a small pin or very very small flat head screw driver and you have to press it against a piece of plastic that hooks on to the pin.
