New engine set-up
Ok so for Christmas eve i got an unwelcomed present a thrown rod. So after all this time apart from my baby (96 GSR) its finally going in the shop. Now previously to this injury i had my head milled down to 10.5:1 to match an itr.
Now i'm putting in:
-Rebalanced Crank
-JDM GSR(si-r) block
-JDM GSR(si-r) connecting rods
-JDM CTR pisitons and rings
-Skunk 2 Stage 2 Valves, Springs, and Retainers
I cant wait till i get my baby back hoping 12.0:1 to 12.2:1

PCT pistons w/a P72 head will yield 12.8:1, roughly.
With the milling, you are probably close to 13:1.
If you are on a budget and not willing to spend the money for aftermareket, you can make more power with less compression using PR3's or P30's.
PCT's are one of the worst pistons you can run in a 1.8L block. They are heavy, and they have a horribly tall dome that kills good flame travel in the quench area.
