You have encountered the famous third gear synchro failure. Please take a number and have a nice day.
Seriously though your third gear synchro is bad, it only gets worse as time passes. I believe you can purchase a synchro kit for like $500 from Honda but I do not know for sure. I have been living with my synchro problem for several months now. BTW changing the transmission oil does NOT help very much, if at all.

if it's just the syncro that messed up, I can get it fix for you.

If you buy your car used, the warranty is still good as long as you are within the warranty period/mileage. Whether or not they fix this problem under warranty is up to the service manager or Acura. Worn syncros can be caused by abusive driving so they can refuse to fix it under warranty. I suggest bringing the car into the dealer and have a chat with the service manager.
how many integras come like this, faulty synchros.
I have a 92 rs. i got a rebuilt tranny, and after 3 months, the tranny went
bad again, i do not race a lot. only like twice a month.
so i guess what i'm asking is how common is this issue, i know it is a known
problem with integras

I've got the 3rd gear grind too but only if I 'speed-shift' over say 7500 rpm and this is with a 140k mile GS-R. If I take my time and shift like a human, it won't grind even around 6500-7000 rpm. Guess my situation isn't too bad, but I still would like a ITR transmission with JDM or ATS FD. -shrug- We'll see what happens.
