Alright, I am looking for new motor mounts, or mount inserts. Yes I already did a search. I still couldnt find out a few things. I need to know what the Energy Suspension Insert kit comes with. Does it comes with all the mount inserts? Or just the front 2? Also. I heard some people put in Prothane mounts. Are the prothane ones complete mounts? or just incerts to?

The ES are inserts. It comes with inserts for all 3 motor mount.

The prothane ones are mounts, and/or inserts depending on the car. They make mounts and inserts for g2's, but only inserts for g3's.

 

prothane - that kinda sucks cause I have a g3
soo, Should I just get the ES inserts?

 

es - inserts for the two front torque mounts and the rear mount
prothane - inserts for the two uppper mounts and the rear mount (also includes 2 inserts for the drivers side upper motor mount. race/street. race is a harder durometer polyurethane and street is a little softer, either way prothanes kit transmits a lot of vibration but to some people that wasnt really an issue (like me)

 

alright. Im confused tho. I thought there were 3 motor mounts? is there other mounts? what do i need to buy to stop my engine from flopin around?
