I currently am running a Tanabe G-Power catback, but I am either going to sell catback or axleback. So which muffler should I buy?

Options: Veilside Titanium :HKS Hi-Power Ti ther

Help me decide which one to get or through out some other Ideas, I want something RARE!!!

You are the one buying it. make the decision for yourself. isnt that hard.

Btw. its not rare when its mass produced. If you want rare, get a custom made muffler.

 

how/where would I get a custom made muffler? By "RARE" I meant not many seen around town, ESPECIALLY IN WISCONSIN

Why does it matter how rare your muffler is?

 

I was going to buy one, but dude sold it to someone else, + I can't find any other under $400, dude was gong to sell to me for $350 shipped.

 

I could never spending over 2oo dollars on JUST the muffler. That is crazy....

 

I use to own a 00' Celica GTS, and the Veilside TearDrop Ti axleback sounded like absolute sex on it...let me try to find a clip, just to give u an idea...

EDIT: Here's a clip of the Veilside on a Celica GTS. The only problem is the exhaust sounds a bit raspy in this clip because it doesn't have a resonator, but at least it will give you some sort of an idea...

im sound with my 97 buck twin loop. personally i wouldnt spend that much on just the muffler. heres my sounds clip

I'm not a fan of cheap knockoff mufflers, you pay for what you get.

 

Paying that much money for JUST a muffler is absolutely rediculous. For all intents and purposes both of those mufflers could be knock-offs.

i could care less how rare my muffler is...i'd rather have something that simply works and sink the extra money into something that will have results

 

i used to have both muffler , vielside has nice low sound and its also smaller lighter than hks.. hks you can really feel some power gains but i dint like the sound (too loud) for me ,imo hks is over played alot pof peolple had it like apex ..im running Blitz nur spec now and i loved it...

 

on a scale from 1-10 , 10=loud how loud was the veilside?

 

i would say 6

 

in my opinion it seems most all "mufflers" are built the same. i wouldnt spend that much money on one. but i agree i wouldnt get a cheap knock off either. just get one that you like
