My mom has an '03 CR-V that's just thrown these two codes. The p1166 seems to be the front o2 sensor, which is understandable, since the car has almost 90k. We plan on replacing that ASAP. But the other code is a bit more cryptic - it's and Electric Load Detector circuit high voltage code. I'm not sure if this is something that can be caused by the bad O2 sensor, or an unrelated problem. Both codes did pop up simultaneously though, we'd never had any CELs before this since new, which leads me to think they must be related. If anyone has any experience or advice on this code it is much appreciated.

The ELD code i wouldn't worry about.
Just go and buy a OEM (NOT aftermarket) sensor and install it, then take it to the dealer and get your computer reflashed

 

so like a denso $$ ? I have the same prob. wouldn't mind getting a bosch o.e type to save some money.

where would u reccomend getting one?
