Default 2.2L B20 Re-Build (Pics)

So I decided to put together some new and left-over spare parts from my old 2.2 crower long rod kit that blew 2 years ago, ditched the 89 setup for 2007 season. Project still in progress, will update more... but for now, enjoy the pics.














Erm, the k24 motor in the first pic is another project lol

great observation...could my oil pump failure cause that? cos after the valvetrain was taken apart, a few rockers were badly worn out.

I would check to see if the cam sits correctly in the head....looks like from the wear it sits off to one side... I would not be using these cams again unless you have them inspected by someone...

is that just because the distributor caps arent on there to "position" them in the head? the cam might have fit tight in the first journal though if thats what your talking about.

thats wierd. i wonder how the cams lined up like that with the caps and dizzy in place.

I hope those arent actual assembly pics.. You need to oil and lub them cams alot more then that..

whats the sroke on her 95mm what about bore 86?

nice setup what management are you gonna run with the ind. coils?
