valve spring retainers help

i was wondering do i need to change my retainers? i am putting an itr cams in my b16a and changing the valve springs in it also.

all b series retainers are the same. if yours are old it wouldnt hurt to replace them.

B16A retainers are different. If your retainers are 15 years old replace them and the springs.

Just get yourself a new or newer set of GSR/ITR retainers. Those will mate best with the springs you're using. No advantage with going for a titanium set, unless you had the matching spring to go with it.
