Carbonetic to sponsor Prima Racing
Commercially the Prima Racing team has enjoyed a successful off season, recruiting new partners and strengthening their relationship with existing partners in response to a positive experience in their previous season with the team. Today's announcement that Carbonetic has joined the team consolidates a robust commercial outlook.
"We are very happy to have Carbonetic supply us with their Limited Slip Differentials. We undertake every project with the ambition of being the best and to win every race we participate in with the ultimate goal to win the National Championship." Andrie Hartanto said when asked about Carbonetic involvement. "We believe Carbonetic Limited Slip Differentials (LSD) will help us achieve those goals."
Headquartered in Japan, ATS, Carbonetic parent company is an international company who manufacturere performance parts and is the leading Limited Slip Differential company in Japan. I think we are not on the same page, I meant to say "I hope my clutch lasts me through this whole year.. ."
I've had my swap done since summer of 05' - so getting close to 2 years now
Started off with a Stg I Clutchmasters
prolly only around 12,000 miles of daily and harsh conditions. I think I have around 20 dragstrip launches on it and prolly about the same for street launches.
The stg I is okay for what I do, HPDEs, Autocross, but I think it slips at times already and I for sure can't do a 2nd gear launch on it.. . I tried one at 5500rpm on the street with hankook Z211 r comps and the clutch did not like that at all. I know the rpm should have been higher, but still.. . I'm not willing to try another 2nd gear launch even on street tires.
