I want to pick up some rims for the summer, and came across these 4x114.3 (40 offset) Konig Tantrum's 17" on Toyo Proxies for $350. seem to be in good condition. What do you think about these rims? are they any good? Anybody has a pic of them on 5 gen accord? I generally prefer rims with polished lip, but these seem to be a good deal, correct me if im wrong.

One more question, since i have Accord LX, will these 17"s affect my acceleration / gas mileage? the car right now is on stock wheels with plastic hub caps

As for fuel economy, yes it will affect it.

 

Didn't really notice a difference in fuel when I had them on my car. I used to like them but now they are just so old.

 

back in the day they looked nice but now there are better looking wheels. those wheels would look nice pushed in with a polished lip and 15 inches.

 

are these 18's? my ride is not lowered, but i was hoping to lower it this spring and pick up some rims. Are these rims heavy?
