Default camshaft

im planning to install performance piston but dont know if it will past smog...I heard that replacing the bottom block parts does not effect smogging, is that true...anyone know...thanks

camshafts will affect smog

if you change the compression on the bottom end(especially high compression), it will affect smog. If you keep it same compression, it will act and feel like you didnt do anything but it will pass smog.
