need help adjusting jdm eg headlights its too low

can someone post up a pic on which gear i need to adjust please.my headlights are aiming too low.TIA

there's only two, turn one if thats not it turn the other.

If I remember correctly, the adjuster for up and down is the bottom one closest to the center of the car.

yeah i tried the lower one buts its not helping.there's 2 gears?can someone post up pics please thanks

take it to your local inspection station, alot of them have headlight aim tools.

this way you know they are within legal limits, and not blinding people while your driving down the road.

some of these places will adjust them cheap or free (at least around here, i dunno bout yall in CA)
