Default B16a axle problem

Hey guy something's wierd about my axles. I swap a B16a in my 90 civic si, I'm using the halfshalf off a B16a2 and the axles off a 95 teg. It bolts on with no problem but when I tighten the bolt the wheels won't spin. Right now I loosen the bolt's just a little enuogh for the wheels to spin. Any idea? Is it ok for me to drive like this? I've punch the axle bolt I don't think it will fall off..........thanks

You need to pop the dust seals off each axle and pop the spacer ring out of each hub. I had to do that when I was using my 90-93 integra intermediate shaft and axles.
