Default H23A3 vs. H23A1 ?

Hello!
I have opinion to buy an Accrod with H23A3 engine.
But there is a problem with head, it has cracked.
Is there some differen between H23A3 head and H23A1 head, can I put H23A1 head on this block without any modification??What about the pistons, bearings etc.. is there some difference?

It is an Europen version of accord, sorry that I have put topic about accord in the Prelude section but I think there are more peaple with H23 engine!

Thank you for your answers!

Unless someone with more knowledge pipes up, I think the A1 and A3 are exactly the same, just made for different markets? Anotherwords the A1 head should replace the A3 cracked head just fine.
