Default Increase Performance for 95 Accord LX. Need help.

I have just purchased a 95 Accord LX Sedan. It was never been Mod before. What parts should i changed or any tuning needed to be done to boost its performance? (as in more power in pick up and speed)
I have also noticed that it seems a little delay when starting the ignition. Any Advice greatly appreciated.

Pretty much regardless of what you do, it's gonna be slow. You could dump an H22 in it and turbo it, but still I would only put you in the low 14 second range. How many thousands of dollars are you really willing to spend and how fast do you really want to go?

its a swap out of the intergra i believe. its the common swap for the 5th gen accord, i believe it isn't difficult to do if you know how and have all the proper tools. you can also swap the transmission into it too.

Is H22 an engine? i am currently moving off from stopping at 2.5K - 3K RPM before it changes gear. Is this normal? What should i do to make my pick up faster and not exceeding the Rpm that will not damage my engine? Thanks!

You can get low 14's out of a solid basic H22A n/a setup w/o the turbo.

h22a-a4 and engine out of the honda prelude and jdm accord.
the bolt into your car with minor mods
their should be great shops in tx that can help you swap it out.
or you could build that single cam but you are better off going to the honda accord forum. they'll get you started and their is a sticky thread about all of the basic accord stuff

We've seen 20+whp gains from a good intake, DC header, WS catback and some SAFC work.

Its a 90 dx though, I got an aem sri, dc sports headers, a6 intake mani ported and polished with a jg 66mm tb, msd ignition, a high flow cat, and 2.25 piping all the way back to a turbo flow exhaust, with the ac and pwr steering tookin out. and I take pretty much any accord and single cam civic in my area. my car weighs bout 3800 I believe and im very happy. but t3 dropping in this summer anyways

thought bout a h22 swap but thats what everyone talks about, so I thought single cam turbo. I stay away from all the hype and be different thats why I got an accord. I made a suggestion to my brother-in-law to slap in a bisimoto stage 1 cam and squeeze a 50 shot. You should try that to
