Default No keys!

My Sister just got a 96 accord that some of you may remember from my questions that I did a lot of work on.

She calls me today and tells me that she lost the only key she had.

She asked me to change all of the locks.

I remember from other cars that in order to get the ign cylinder out you need the key, that is unless you use a dent puller, which isn't an option since I am not stealing the car.

I don't believe that there is a mobilizer built in, so what are my options here? Can a key be ordered from the dealer?

Yep. 3x on going to the local dealer, with VIN and title in hand. And tell your sister to get 2 keys or make a duplicate.
