chipping a 90-91 LS ECU.....
Ok, what's the deal here. I removed the old chip, installed the socket, and put the new chip in, and the damm thing don't rev past 3500.
Am I missing something? I thought all the OBD0's only needed to replace the 28pin eprom....
Help!?
