Default POWDERCOATED LUGNUTS?

i just wanted to know one thing.

will powdercoated lugnuts fade or chip after awhile?

the reason i ask is because i'm thinking of powdercoating my lugnuts, but i don't want to do it if it'll just fade or chip away after a few months. i know that the anodized lugnuts like the Rays, Muteki, Zenki, etc. all fade after awhile (well the red ones at least).

anyone have information or personal experience regarding this? thanks in advance.

i believe you can powdercoat clear over the color if you want further protection. no sure if it will be too thick in the end...

What are you bumping this for? I thought you got your answer already.

I'll be powder coating my lug nuts in a couple months, if that helps you any.
