I don't know a lot about cars, but I'm pretty good at using the internet so when my transmission control unit died I got online to do some research. Unfrotunately I fould a lot of contradictory information. I found 4 different TCU models for 91 accords.

91 Accord
28100-px0-823
28100-px4-823

91 Accord DX
28100-px0-822
28100-px4-822

The one I pulled out of my car is a 28100-px0-823, however there is a junkyard here with a 28100-px0-822 and I'm wondering if it will work in my car or not since I have an LX. Any help would be appreciated. If I'm in the wrong place to be asking this question I'd appreciate a point to where I could find the answer.

 

yep take it and roll on. the last 3 digits mean nothing in your case. They are both the same trans? it will work.
