I'm thinking of trading my Accord for a S2000 soon. So far I found these 2 cars in 2 dealerships.
1. 00 Silver exterior, red interior with 36K miles. price $20K or
2. 03 Black exterior, black interior with 80K miles. price $17K
According to carfax the 03 model has not been at any service at all. Thats all the info I got. Any opinion guys?

Huh??? Going to the dealership is the same as going to the bank to get a loan. The only difference is that the dealership is the middle man. You'd be better off selling your accord outright, then go to the bank and find out how much they will loan you to purchase an S2000, and then buy from a private party!

yeah i'm leaning on the 00 model because of the mileage. i am going to finance this so by the time i finish my 5 year loan it will be 2012. how bout the 03 model? is 80K miles already to high for it?

Approx. trade-in value for that, in excellent shape, is $21,800.
And if you thought it was a rip, then why did you buy it?

Neither one of those senarios seem like a good deal at all. If you look around, you can probably buy an 04 with 40k on it for $20k. I just traded my 04 with 20k on it for $19k, just to give you an idea. I only paid $23 for a year ago with 13k on it. Certified too....

yeah....neither of those are good deals AT ALL. Keep looking. Why dont you do a nationwide search. Just drive one home from wherever. They're cheap here in illnoise. Look on auto trader or something. There's an 01 with 17k for $19K and there's a 02 with 22k for $17855!!!!!!! For that price...just come get it and drive it home.
