The Parada Spec 2 is really terrible. The Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2 is not bad, but here in North America, it's more expensive than other tires. If I had to choose ONLY one of these two tires, I would get the Michelin.
Here, the following tires are all better, and less expensive, than either of the two tires you mention: Kumho Ecsta SPT, Yokohama AVS ES100, Avon Tech M500, and Dunlop Direzza DZ101, and I would try to buy one of these instead, if they're available where you live. Also better, but not as inexpensive as the previous group, are the Bridgestone Potenza RE750 and BFGoodrich g-Force KDW.
The Goodyear F1 GS-D3 is even better than any of the above, but its price is similar to the more expensive tires mentioned here.
