Default Oil filter thread sizing and oil coolers

I am looking into getting a sandwich adapter to run lines to an oil cooler for my car, but I need to know if it will first fit my block. Here's the info on it:

It's 1 in. tall, and has 3/8 in. NPT inlet and outlet connections. It easilty attaches to your engine’s 3/4 in.-16 oil filter mount with an o-ring seal.

Will this thing fit my block, and if not, would anyone know where I can find one that will?

Well ITRs didn't come with B16s, so you may want to ask this in the "tech" forum.
