Default a cheap anti theft system

Hey, couldn't you cut one wire on your ecu or ignition, run a toggle switch to start it, and hide the toggle switch. Wouldn't That work?

Sure it would, but nobody's going to know which wire to tap. If you do find it, I would suggest wiring several switches that all have to be flipped in a particular position to crank your motor.
