PR4 socketed with a ZIF socket. It doesn't come with a base map because I never had chips, always just had my Ostrich. You can get basemaps/chips for REALLY cheap from xenocron.com. Previous owner or somebody ripped off all the stickers and **** but i think its a PR4, it ran my car just fine with my ostrich. Soldered carefully using flux and quality electronics solder. Pop in a basemap, snug it down easily with the ZIF and go to town
