Default Looking for a JDM importer in So. Cal. Need a trans for a '96 d-series.

Hey guys,

I'm in dire need of a stock 5spd manual transmission for a 1996 DX. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good parts importer in So. Cal?

I'd prefer a used jdm trans, but if you one have one in GREAT shape, let me know.

I need this by Saturday.

Thanks,
Dave

not to familiar with d-series motors and trannies, but wouldn't a tranny from a ex trim work fine? what's the difference between JDM and USDM d-series?

From what i recall i don't believe there is much difference between JDM/USDM d-series trannies. PM Bense about that question fosho, he's a guru in that area of expertise.

But with that said, to the OP, why not just scope out the local junks?
