tanish color on plugs

Default tanish color on plugs

i have a 94 civic ex with the stock z6 in it. i recently did i full tunes up on it(cap rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter,pcv vavle)...and when i got my plugs out they had a tanish/brown color to them i was wondering why

sounds normal to me

if the engine is running smooth, and firing ok, its good, unless ur talking about like ALOT of brown/black carbon covering your plugs, then id say ur running rich but in your situation sounds fine

edit*: btw dont forget spark plug gaps!

cool thanks everyone yeah they were crappy bosch plattnum 2's now i put in some oem ngk's and gapped them to what honda said
