Default slight vibration when driving...

ok, here's the thing. when driving, i can feel a constant vibration (for lack of a better term). to better describe this "rumble" i feel, picture a tire with a bald spot OR something stuck on the tire, and it constantly hitting that with every rotation. i feel it in my steering wheel and it's not HORRIBLE, but it seems like it could eventually be a cause for concern. when driving straight or making a long/slight left turn, this rumble is apparent. when making a long/slight right turn, the rumbling is gone completely. it's more noticeable at higher speeds, primarily when i'm on the freeway to work (around 70-80mph). i've got an idea as to what it could be, but i want some other opinions before i go replacing things.

*this also happens when i brake, BUT i think my rotors need to be changed...so i'm not completely sure that the two things are related.

Sounds to me like you may have an underinflated front tire. i would say most likely the left tire. i recently had a similar problem on my car and when i checked my tire pressures, i found that the left tire was about 8psi lower then the rest of them. i adjusted the pressures and rotated the tires and the problem went away... try that and let me know if it worked for ya!

Alignment, tire rotation, tire balancing, wheel bearing, cv shaft, warped rotors for the shuddering while braking. Check all of them and you should solve the problem.

yes, it does.

alignment is fine and the tires are balanced. i was thinking wheel bearing or MAYBE an underinflated tire, i've got to check when i get home.

thanks for the input guys.
